Register in the Maryland Aviation Administration Portal

This is the MAA search database for vendors:

  • Make sure your information is accurate and complete
  • Be sure to include your certifications
  • Update your profile regularly if there are changes

    • Your company profile will be available to MAA Contract Managers

Registration

Before you start, you will need the following information:

  • Company Tax ID
  • MBE/DBE/ACDBE Certification No. and Expiration date (If applicable)
  • Company NAICS Codes

What’s Next

  1. You will receive a confirmation once your company has been approved in our portal. The confirmation e-mail will include the steps to log into the MAA portal
  2. Once the email is received, log into the MAA Portal
  3. Update your profile when needed
  4. News, events, workshops, and business development opportunities will be posted there

ACDBE Program

Access the Maryland Aviation Administration Portal

Current Vendors

  • If you have an active agreement with MAA, you have already been registered. When you access the portal for the first time, you will need to create the company’s primary user account:

    1. Navigate to the MAA Portal.
    2. Select the “Don’t Have a Username? Click here” link above the login fields.
    3. A new tab will open. Enter your company’s EIN (Tax ID) and PIN. If you do not know your company’s PIN, please contact us at MAABWIVendorPortalHelp@bwiairport.com.
    4. Fill in your User and Account Information on the following pages and agree to the Terms of Usage.
    5. Use your new username and password to login to the MAA Portal.

New Vendors

If you are not currently on an active contract, you will need to register your company. Before you start, you will need the following information:

  • Company Tax ID
  • MBE/DBE/ACDBE Certification No. and Expiration date (If applicable)
  • Company NAICS Codes
