Program Guidelines
BWI Marshall Airport proudly highlights the impactful work of regional nonprofits on monitors within the terminal. Regional nonprofits are invited to apply online.
Deadline to Apply: May 18, 2026

The Community Partners Program is for nonprofits throughout the Maryland and Washington, D.C. region who are registered with the State of Maryland. For registration information, visit: https://sos.maryland.gov/Charity/Pages/Registering-Charity.aspx.
Your organization’s digital artwork may be used by the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) for promotional purposes, including the airport website and social media. Images will include attribution whenever possible.
A digital border will frame your artwork while on display to identify it as part of the Community Partners Program.
- Submit one artwork file in PNG or JPEG format.
- Required size: 1080 x 1920 pixels (vertical).
- Include your website and/or social media handles so passengers can connect with you.
- Artwork must promote your organization overall, not a specific event, program or campaign.
- Donation requests, political content, controversial messaging and membership recruitment are not permitted.
- No other brands, products, or organizations may appear in the artwork.
- MAA will make the final decision regarding content suitability.
Artwork is selected by the MAA and displayed on designated digital monitors for six months.
Organizations that have participated before may apply again, though preference may be given to new applicants.
We are currently working on updates to the Community Partners Program. Please check back again soon.
