The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) advertises and awards contracts for commodities, small procurement, service, maintenance, construction, architectural and engineering, and lease and concession contracts. A Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond may be required for each separate procurement. More specific information may be found in each procurement/contracting section.
