STACI GORDEN is the Special Assistant to the Executive Director/CEO of the Maryland Aviation Administration. Staci is responsible for providing support to the Executive Director/CEO on priority initiatives including customer satisfaction, employee engagement, performance management, strategic planning, management coordination, special projects/presentations as well as serving as the principle staff support to the Maryland Aviation Commission.
Staci brings nearly fifteen (15) years of experience in marketing/communications, project management, and public affairs to the MAA. Prior to joining the organization, Staci worked with the Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission. In addition, she has been employed with American University, National Veterans Legal Services, and the National Park Service. Staci holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Virginia and a master’s degree in Communications from Syracuse University.
